Miss Tracy is an experienced English teacher and a Master of Education degree holder from the University of Hong Kong. She is a former English education columnist for Ming Pao Daily and co-author of English textbooks published by South China Morning Post.

Miss Tracy is an alumna of the English Schools Foundation, a top-tier international school group in Hong Kong. She is also a recipient of the prestigious Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fund Scholarship.

​Miss Tracy has published a book called 《係．香港人 係．香港故事》. It can be found in Hong Kong libraries and also on the bookshelves of Ivy League universities in America.
